Man this reminds me of the days of the Hunts Point Palace on a Sunday afternoon and seeing every popular salsa band for $1.00. Ricardo Ray played there just about every Sunday. I remember walking in there every week with a different alpaca sweater, tailor made silk pants and wearing Playboys or my Lizards with ripple soles on them. Those were the days 1967-69.
