This album was supposed to be the weeknds debut album. Drakes team(OVO) basically finessed him to give it to drake. Then tried to put him in the ovo sweatshop instead of promoting him. They were trying to mix ovo with xo. But he saw what they were doing and left. Took his 3 mixtapes and made them his unofficial debut album. Lots of people don't know this.

If Weekend only had himself, i can guarantee not many people would've cared. Weekend needed exposure, Drake had. Drake needed a good song, and Weekend had. This is a win-win situation, don't play it like drake did some snake type of shit.

Back in 2011 this was modern , as modern as things got...but now in 2021 I'm waiting for the first play on radio 2!!! I would say 2025.....it's still one of the best Drake songs, much better than his 2020s stuff
