2. A Rock / Emo band from Pretoria, South Africa. Not too long ago in a land where musical creativity had become a scarcity, destiny inspired The Monroes. Through numerous auditions, ensuring the ideal artist for each spot, the band was carefully designed. The music, however, developed intuitively into something unlike anything written before. Most closely described as melodic hard rock, characterized by distinct guitar riffs and solos, the compositions creatively flourished. Orchestrated by fate, with an innovative sound, The Monroes are tenaciously dealing a shockingly ever after. See http://www.myspace.com/themonroesrockband for more.

By the time I will be gone
I wanna thank you for the good times
And you got many yet to come
And when I sing for you this melody
Will you listen; do believe
That I'll be waiting where the rainbow ends for you
I'll always be with you
How strong is your love?
I'll always be near
How strong is your love?
Never said it would be easy
But you can't say I didn't try
I had to reach out for the rainbow
I had to reach out for the sky
And when I sing for you this melody
Will you listen; do believe
That I'll be waiting where the rainbow ends for you
How strong is your love?
I'll always be with you
How strong is your love?
I'll always be near
How strong is your love?
How strong is your love?
I'll always be with you
How strong is your love?
I'll always be near
How strong is your love?
How strong is your love?
I'll always be with you
How strong is your love?
I'll always be near
How strong is your love?
The Monroes's song "How Strong Is Your Love" is a poignant and heartfelt composition that speaks to the power of enduring love in the face of adversity. The song begins with the perspective of the singer as they prepare to leave, writing a letter to a loved one thanking them for all of the good times they have shared and expressing a desire to continue being together in spirit even while physically apart. This is followed by a plea to the listener to truly hear and understand the depth of their commitment, as they pledge to be "waiting where the rainbow ends" for the one they love.
The chorus of the song is a repeated question posed to the listener: "How strong is your love?" It is a challenging question, asking the listener to reflect on the depth of their own emotional connection to the singer and to consider the ways in which they might demonstrate that love over time. The repetition of this phrase underscores the idea that love is an ongoing process that requires continuous effort and dedication.
The second verse delves into the challenges that the singer has faced in their quest to reach the rainbow, suggesting that the pursuit of true love can be difficult and require considerable effort. It is a reminder that love is not always easy, but that the investment of time and energy can ultimately lead to great reward.
Overall, "How Strong Is Your Love" is a beautiful and timeless composition that speaks to the enduring nature of love in all of its complexity and beauty.
