This is the best colorization I've ever seen. What they did with the skin tones even on Marilyn and the inside of mouths, etc., is a miracle. This looks like real color. If they could use this company on all black and white films it would be fun.

Will N Yep and the Military one is where MASH went but I was talking about TV Land who seems to be wanting to be last I watch the Andy Griffith TV channel, playing that around fewer and fewer shows they play as they skipped most other classic TV shows or even the few they did on own like Hot in Clevland, another one I forget. Whatever owns that one uses it to keep others stations they run on TV afloat by doing more commercials then most stations do and only for old people stuff like the Hurrycane or that one mobility scooter the Rascal, even that expensive walk in tub for the very mobile limited that can still walk who can't even use a handle installed specifically to get into the shower/tub combo.

@Slimecore I agree. Human skin tone is kinda tough. I'm currently colorizing the third season of The Patty Duke Show opening theme and I have to be mindful with how I add color to the skin tone. At first, the images were green. I had to play with it for a bit.

Probably the BEST colorization I've seen of The Munsters. Both of the outside of the house and the makeup on the cast has been so poorly represented in other colorization jobs. To those who think this is easy, I can tell you having done still photo colorization, this kind of work is PAINSTAKING to do. Kudos! It would have been fantastic to see the show in color, it would have revealed all the psychedelic colored lights they used on the set (purple, blue, magenta etc) that never read the same in black and white. If you want an idea of how wacky the colors of lighting they used on set, just watch the 1966 movie "Munster GO Home!" It's wild. Again, good job on this!

@James Travers One of the things I read about in old articles about the show, was that they were actively avoiding anything too gory or scary in the show. They were trying to appeal to mainstream and kids. So anything bloody or otherwise wouldn't have been used at that time. Also most of the tangible media over the years has featured green or yellowish-green text which was used in the original run, as well as pale blue text.

I completely agree although I always imagined the text in the credits for their names and the title of the show would be in red, to give it a blood like effect.

Fantastic work! Colours look really natural. I hope you get to colorize more classic films/shows in the future! I know some say its sacrilege to colour a B&W film, but as long as the colours look natural, I don't see the problem.

This colorization is very, very impressive. Extraordinary. I've never seen anything like it. The flesh tones on Pat Priest are completely accurate. That's usually where the colorization is very poor, on the face. Also mouths usually look terrible with typical colorization. Everything is amazing, makeup interpretation, sets. Wow.

Outstanding coloring job. It looks like it was filmed in color and the makeup is less jarring than the feature film colors. Such a catchy theme song. The Addams Family had more sophisticated humor but the Munsters won in theme song. They make it look so easy--doing a quality job in something. Wish the same could be said about modern entertainment. Fred Gwynne was brilliant as Herman.

Wow this look great in color, looks so authentic. Pat Priest was pretty but Beverly Owen was beautiful. Darn shame she left so soon, but Pat did a good job in her place. Hard to believe Pat did 57 while Beverly only did 13 episodes.

I started liking this show for a few years now. I was Lily for Halloween in 2014. Fred Gwynne died when I was 2 yrs old. I was a teen when Al Lewis & Yvonne De Carlo died. Pat Priest & Butch Patrick are still alive & so is Beverly Owen who played the other Marilyn.
