1.) The Mystics, Brooklyn, NY, USA
2.) The Mystics, Macau / Hong Kong
1.) The Mystics are a singing group which began in Brooklyn, New York, USA in the late 1950s. The group was known as The Overons, a quintet that, when signed to Laurie Records, consisted of Phil Cracolici (b. 1937, lead), Albee Cracolici (b. 1936, baritone), George Galfo (b. 1939, second tenor), Bob Ferrante (b. 1936, first tenor), and Al Contrera (b. 1940, bass). Singing you a slumber tune

The song "Hush-A-Bye" by The Mystics is a classic doo-wop lullaby. The lyrics are a message of comfort and protection to a loved one, sung in a calming, soothing tone. The singer asks the guardian angels to watch over the one they love, and promises that they will be there for them through thick and thin, even as they sleep. The repeated refrain of "hush-hush, hushabye" reinforces the lullaby-like quality of the song, as though the singer is gently shushing the listener into a peaceful slumber.
The lyrics of the song conjure up images of a cozy bedroom, with soft pillows and a gentle breeze blowing through the window. The sandman is on his way, ready to sing the listener to sleep with a "slumber tune." The repetition of "lullabye and goodnight" at the end of each verse reinforces the gentle, soothing quality of the song, and brings to mind the bedtime rituals that parents often perform with their children. Overall, "Hush-A-Bye" is a beautiful, calming song that speaks to the universal desire for comfort and protection, especially during times of vulnerability.

Within 20 years
basically everyone
involved with creating beautiful
music like this,
and everyone who
was alive when these hits were on
the radio, will have
moved on to meet
their Maker. But
this music will
live on forever
because of twelve year old kids today who quickly
adapt to appreciating it, in
spite of harsh the resistance of their so called "friends."
This beauty will
never be completely lost on
this increasingly
insensitive,
tasteless and reprobate world.

have NOTHING!
A very lamentable
situation.)
