Draper served as also executive producer/writer/director/creator of the 'Naked Brothers Band' project, and Wolff was the Co-Executive Producer/Music Producer of the related film. The name of the group comes from a family joke. Like previous 'studio' based groups, many session musicians have contributed to their recordings.
The band has also included:
*Thomas Batuello
*Allie DiMeco
*Qaasim Middleton
*David Levi
Albie Hecht, the other executive producer of the series, said he thought the brothers would be big after he saw the audience's enthusiastic reaction to the film at the Hamptons International Film Festival. "They're just real: real brothers, real friends; it's all the stuff kids do when they're hanging out on the playground," Mr. Hecht said. "The idea that you're watching a documentary is so much fun. Then you put them into that fantasy of being a world-famous rock band, and that's the sauce that makes it work."
The General Manager of Nick said, "At first we were intrigued by the idea, but we weren't sure that kids would understand the vague tongue-and-cheek of it. Then a bunch of us took it home to our own children, and they loved it."
John Ausdenmor was the guitarist for the Naked Brothers Band after the movie and before Qaasim.
Finally it should be noted the other band members do all of the live and show performances but they are not the artists on the CD. This was recently mentioned in an interview that the other only lay background voice tracks in the album. It was quite unclear if Alex played the drums.

No matter if it's heaven or hell
I know I love that girl
But it wouldn't work out well
I'd be sitting there all alone
Counting day after day
I knew she wouldn't come home
It wouldn't work out that way
'Cause long distance relationships will kill you
Long distance relationships will kill you
Long distance relationships will kill you
Long distance, long distance, long distance
The night I woke up the dream
I knew it was the end
You didn't make me cry baby
Or even let me bend
And I know
I know, I know
'Cause long distance relationships will kill you
Long distance relationships will kill you
Long distance relationships will kill you
Long distance, long distance, long distance
I didn't wanna let you go
But baby it was wrong and right
I didn't wanna make you cry
And maybe stop your lies
Whoo!
I just wanted to hold you in my arms
And tell you it's alright
But I knew that'd be long chance
'Cause long distance relationships will kill you
Long distance relationships will kill you
Long distance relationships will kill you
Long distance, long distance, long distance
'Cause long distance relationships will kill you
Long distance relationships will kill you
Long distance relationships will kill you
Long distance, long distance, long distance
The Naked Brothers Band's song Long Distance is a poignant reflection on the struggles and heartbreak that come with being in a long distance relationship. The lyrics reveal the singer's deep love for his partner but also highlight the difficulties they face due to geographical distance. The chorus repeats multiple times, emphasizing the central message that long distance relationships are painful and can lead to emotional devastation.
The first verse opens with the singer announcing that he is singing from the sky, suggesting that he is speaking from a place of spiritual or emotional detachment. He acknowledges his love for the girl but realizes that their relationship wouldn't work out well due to the obstacles they face. The second verse reveals that the singer had a dream that signaled the end of their relationship. He insists that she didn't make him cry but concedes that he knew their long distance relationship would never last.
The bridge is a lamentation on the singer's desperation to hold and reassure his partner but ultimately understands that it is an impossible task. The repetition of 'long distance, long distance, long distance' intensifies the sense of longing felt by the singer.
