Draper served as also executive producer/writer/director/creator of the 'Naked Brothers Band' project, and Wolff was the Co-Executive Producer/Music Producer of the related film. The name of the group comes from a family joke. Like previous 'studio' based groups, many session musicians have contributed to their recordings.
The band has also included:
*Thomas Batuello
*Allie DiMeco
*Qaasim Middleton
*David Levi
Albie Hecht, the other executive producer of the series, said he thought the brothers would be big after he saw the audience's enthusiastic reaction to the film at the Hamptons International Film Festival. "They're just real: real brothers, real friends; it's all the stuff kids do when they're hanging out on the playground," Mr. Hecht said. "The idea that you're watching a documentary is so much fun. Then you put them into that fantasy of being a world-famous rock band, and that's the sauce that makes it work."
The General Manager of Nick said, "At first we were intrigued by the idea, but we weren't sure that kids would understand the vague tongue-and-cheek of it. Then a bunch of us took it home to our own children, and they loved it."
John Ausdenmor was the guitarist for the Naked Brothers Band after the movie and before Qaasim.
Finally it should be noted the other band members do all of the live and show performances but they are not the artists on the CD. This was recently mentioned in an interview that the other only lay background voice tracks in the album. It was quite unclear if Alex played the drums.
Why?

Of all the bad things that you did to me
Everybody talks
Everyone was shocked
It nearly broke my heart when I heard
And it was all wrong, it was all wrong
Why did you do it?
Why did you do it?
Why did you say it
All along?
Why did you do it?
Why did you say it?
I want to know
Why did you do it?
Why did you do it?
Why did you do it
And say it all again?
Why did you do it?
It wasn't about the truth, it wasn't about the lie
Its just the fact that you made me cry
You didn't even try, I really want to sigh
I'm sorry but I have to say goodbye
Say goodbye
(Because) you made me cry
You didn't even know that you made me cry
(And Oh) Why did you do it?
Why did you say it all again?
Why did you do it?
Why did you say it?
All along
Why did you do it?
Why did you say it?
I want to know
Why did you do it?
Why did you do it?
Why did you say it all along?
I want to know
The Naked Brothers Band's song "Why?" is a song about betrayal, hurt, and questioning. The lyrics suggest that the singer has been wronged by someone close to them, causing them pain and sadness. The memory of the bad things that the person did to them keeps coming back to the singer, and they question why the person would act that way. The singer wonders why the person betrayed them and said hurtful things, causing them to cry and ultimately making it necessary for the singer to say goodbye.
The chorus repeats the same questions over and over, giving a strong impression of confusion and desperation. The singer wants an explanation for why the person would act in such a hurtful way, saying that they "want to know". The lyrics suggest that the person's actions and hurtful words were unnecessary and unfair, causing the singer to feel shocked and heartbroken.
In summary, "Why?" is a song about betrayal, hurt, and the necessity for answers. The singer is questioning why someone close to them would act in such a hurtful way and is seeking closure by asking why.
