I am a rock musician who wants to experiment with rap music, but it is not socially acceptable.

But I write what I like and I like the boom bap.
I write music that I enjoy making and I enjoy listening to a specific kind of beat called "boom bap."

The rhyme's in the front and the beat's in the back.
The lyrics are the main focus of the song, but the beat provides a necessary foundation.

A trunk full of funk and a page full of fact.
I have a diverse background and knowledge of different music genres, but I also have accurate information to share.

Right about now I'd like to hear everyone say.
At this moment, I want everyone to join me and express the following sentiment together.

We have the power to overcome obstacles and challenges in our lives.

My fans got a job, are we gonna get it done?
My listeners have the opportunity to make a positive impact; can we accomplish our goals?

I can't be shy I've gotta come with it.
I cannot be timid or afraid to share my beliefs, and I have to be brave when expressing myself.

No fear here! I Sing and bring it.
I am confident and unafraid to perform my music and share my message.

Through faith in Christ, you have the courage to live boldly and without fear.

He's light in the dark and hope for the wicked.
Christ is a beacon of hope and a way out of darkness and sin.

There's a land of the dead called planet earth
Our world is filled with people who are spiritually dead and in need of hope.

And a race called man walks dead from birth
All humans are born into a spiritually dead state and need to be saved.

And the beast and man both bear the curse.
Both animals and humans carry the burden of sin and have fallen short of perfection.

Come from the womb but return to dirt.
We are born into this world, but eventually, we will all return to the earth when we die.

Here's what I do I hope I get through.
This is what I do, and I hope that my message resonates with others.

So cling to what's true and tell the world too.
Hold fast to what is genuine and real, and tell others about it.

Cause some live in fear, oppression from peers.
Some people are afraid to express themselves and are limited by the pressure of their peers.

These kids smoke weed, these kids that drink beers.
Some young people turn to drugs and alcohol as a way to cope with their problems.

Who don't want to hear what you got to say.
There are people who do not want to listen or understand what you have to say.

And they shut their ears and laugh cause you pray,
Some people mock those who pray or have faith in a higher power.

But don't be afraid, that used to be me I used to mock God
Do not be afraid to pursue your beliefs, even if you used to be afraid or made fun of others with similar beliefs.

But I was empty.
Despite my skepticism, I felt unfulfilled until I found my faith.
