1. The Petersons were a short lived indie-rock act from Adelaide, South Australia. The band consisted of members from Russian Teammate and Hummel. Guitarist Chris Moerman is now residing in Atlanta and releasing worship albums.

2. A Grind-Core band hailing from Huntington Beach/Westminister in Orange County, CA. Composed of three members, Kyle Bezayiff (Guitar), Daniel Astel (Drums), and Alex Saldivar (Samples, Electro-sounds). In 2007 at the infamous Alex Peterson's house, Kyles famed Gibson SG was stolen after a house party appearance. A week later, it was discovered at a Guitar Pawn shop on Beach Blvd. A police report has been filed and return to its right-full owner is imminent. Also, an EP is being pressed under the Title: EPete, with artwork contributed by Jared Piitack, too be released in limited quantities and is said to drop before the year's end.
3. The Petersons are a "family" made up of Pete Peterson (Pete Simpson), Mrs. Peterson (Keira Naughton), Mr. Peterson (Adam Stein), Father Tom (Evan Robertson) and Julio (Matthew Saldivar).
The band is from Upstate New York or more specifically, Essex-On-Haugatuk, NY.

The Petersons's song "All the way" talks about escaping the daily hustle and bustle and living life to the fullest. At 8am on a Monday morning, during a traffic jam, the singer and his/her partner decide to forgo the daily grind and live life like millionaires for a day, with no concern about deadlines, stress, or daily financial grind. They choose to head to the bank of a river on the outskirts of town instead, with their fishing pole to fish and a blanket to throw down in the waterhole. They will also get a bucket of Kentucky fried chicken and take some wine they never drank. The chorus repeats the idea of laughing all the way to the bank, implying that they have found a richer life in this outing of leisure, even though they are not experiencing real financial success. They celebrate their freedom and happiness, living life like the wealthiest people, and any wealthy person would be proud to share the same day. Things like income and material wealth do not matter; they are happy enough living like "poor" people for a day, and they do not need any more wealth than what they currently have.
