The Primals Lyrics

and i get nervous when you walk and i would love to hear you talk
but i only listen to what isn't true now it's now or never come on and
give up the dormant part be a delegate with something to say
now i get nervous when you walk and like a serpent with it's stalk
it would be nothing without you
salvaged, seeking the source
failure, call on the hordes
so solitary to cold to carry on
i love you all, i wish you all the best in this life
i'll see you all in hell
The Primals' song I'm Coming Home is a complex and enigmatic piece of music with mysterious lyrics that are open to interpretation. The song seems to explore the idea of dependence and relationships, with lines like "we are one insipid son it would be nothing without you" suggesting a deep connection between two people. The singer confesses to feeling nervous around this person, and wanting to hear them talk, but only listening to what isn't true, perhaps an admission of their own lack of trust or a sense of disillusionment.
The chorus of "now it's now or never come on and give up the dormant part be a delegate with something to say" seems to be a call to action, urging the listener to speak up and make their voice heard. There is a sense of urgency and immediacy in the lyrics, with references to salvaging and seeking the source, as well as fall on the end of the sword, suggesting that there are high stakes involved.
