Aaron Carter is literally the definition of "people only care when you aren't around anymore" unfortunately alot of the people who trolled him are now sending their condolences. This is the sad reality of life. Even though Aaron was the person that needed to help himself he also needed some serious guidance and real people around him to pull him out of the hole he couldn't get out of. There is no such a thing as a sweet drug addict, never, ever. He was a nasty human that needed a lots of help. I guess now he will be an angel, but he was an abused child that became an abuser adult. Sad he won’t be in his sons life, but maybe is better. His parents abused him, and there is no way he wasn’t going to abuse his kid, at least emotionally. He is resting now, no more pain, if he was in pain.

What breaks my heart is he was doing things. He was going to try again to start to get his life together to get custody of his son back. He had a TV show he was filming he was going to go back into the studio and back into rehab so he could get his baby boy back. This completely breaks my heart this is one kid that I was rooting for. Drug addicts need someone to control them and force them to stay sober or else most of the time the drug addict does good for a bit but then goes right back. I've been a fan of his for years and it wasn't until a few years ago that I found out about everything he was going through. The comments were usually mixed but some were also very cruel regarding his struggle with addiction, etc. A lot of people don't know that he was taken advantage of in more ways than one as a child-star and he also went through abuse. I love this guy since I was a kid. He was my crush and I was only 8 at that time as far as I remember. Aaron was only a year older than me so it's like growing up together with him since we followed him through the years as a fan...
Our heart breaks seeing him like that. I hate to say this but observing the behavior of him and his siblings made us realized that this was all the fault of their parents. They supposed to be there when they need them the most. They all grew up with a heavy heart and feeling incomplete.
I remember Aaron cried that his broke and blaming his parents for not saving his money when he was young for his future. Depression and acute Anxiety is never a joke. He needs someone to talk to and it seems he's always lonely and too bad that he chose drugs as his companion.

It breaks my heart that Aaron had plans to raise awareness for "mental health" (I didn't catch the exact phrase) in his next project and didn't get the chance. I would have really liked to see that as someone who has struggled with mental illness my whole life. I have memories of jamming to Aaron's Party as a kid and need to go listen asap. The struggle of being an artist is that once you are born an artist, you can never stop. But often being an artist and possessing that sensitivity comes with a heavy price especially in this harsh world. @@davidpearson6346 I wouldn't say easy to navigate as ego always creeps back in, this makes us human. In my experience, giving to God is the only times I completely lost my ego, these are the most wonderful times of my life. That being said, each time I was in extreme duress before I could get to the point of letting go and giving it ALL to God. Letting go is NOT easy and when I say that I mean it. Half or three quarters won't do. When Jesus hears you call unto him in a complete state of all material and death of the flesh, you know. There is no doubt. Staying in that place is the safest and most beautiful place you can be, even knowing that, human nature naturally pulls you the other way which makes navigation so much more difficult. Some people find ways to keep themselves under the wing of God and we all can strive for that. I think the more times we are truly broken and go to him the less we screw up and the easier it is to live close to him. Following the teachings of Jesus is key. When you're truly broken, you have no ego and Jesus is there every. single. time.

This is so sad. I hope his son gets the chance to see what a kind person his dad was through old clips, and videos of him. He was a Star and people loved him all over the world! It’s sad that addiction took him over but his mom was an alcoholic and his dad wasn’t a big part of his life. Even though his mom was wasted all the time he loved her deeply. Rest in paradise Aaron!

You can see the pain within. Struggling with the feeling of not being loved. All of us who struggle with mental illness push the one's that truly loved away, it's away to protect them from seeing the deep felt pain.

Man, to me he just looks so tired here. He tried his best to fight his demons but you can see the damage had been done. It’s unfortunate cause you know he had a good soul, and he shouldn’t have passed so young. Rest in power Aaron, I pray you finally find peace on the other side 😢🙏🏽

This reminds me too much of Phil Lynott of Thin Lizzy’s last interview. It’s almost identical, still talking about a future when they probably knew that in reality their bodies were breaking down. In Phil’s case years of heroin abuse had irreparably damaged his lungs. In his last interview Phil had pneumonia and it sounds here like maybe Aaron did too. What a tragic loss. And a story that just keeps repeating itself.

It cannot be put into words. Aaron rest in peace. It is so sad. Everyone knows how much you loved your brother Nick. You belonged to the Backstreet Boys family. A friend of mine knew you, she said you were a very loving person, intelligent. Despite the drugs, you were a dear friend. You were in withdrawal, you wanted to get away from the stuff. A positive future was predicted for you, you were so emphatic, your little son made you happy. We are also in mourning. You were a great actor and singer. Aaron rest in peace. I lost my brother to huffing many years ago - then, it was all over the news as an epidemic , how things had to change - nothing has changed. When TMZ reported that multiple cans of compressed air were found at the scene, it broke my heart for this boy. This nation is all talk and red tape in so called helping addicts; Aaron seems to have had no one.

Aaron had issues with rehab, substance abuse & reckless driving… but he was NEVER violent to any body. He has no scandal. Not bad mouthing anybody. His ex gfs were violent to him. He even got restraining order against Russian Model Lina Valentina.

He is a kind soul, he speaks kindly. He was consumed by drugs & his psychosis caused later by it. We will never know what happened during his childhood & how his family dealt with his condition.
