The Romantic Strings and Voices's song "The Man I Love" ironically and beautifully contrasting the everyday small moments of life with a message of everlasting love. The lyrics express that there are no holidays or special events happening, it's just an ordinary day. There is no reason or occasion to express one's love and yet, the singer chooses to call and say the three words that mean so much - "I love you." The absence of these celebrations or events symbolizes the importance of the little things that make up daily life, and how love can exist and be expressed in the midst of them.
