1. The Roosters (ザ・ルースターズ ) was a legendary Japanese rock band, active from 1978 to 1988. Originally, the group mixed punk with rock 'n' roll, but eventually branched out to include elements of gothic rock, post-punk, ska, new wave and folk. In 1999, a tribute album called "Respectable Roosters" was released. Some of the featured artists on the tribute album include Thee Michelle Gun Elephant , The Pillows and Supercar . The band reunited in 2004 to perform at the Fuji Rock festival.
2. The Roosters were a band from Warsaw. At the beginning there were only: Bartek, Toy and Jacek but Faiver joined the band immediately. The Roosters went through several personal changes. For some time Oskar of V/A Team sung as a lead vocalist, Jacek was replaced for approximately year and a half by Janek of Blog 27 and Toy left the band while the spring tour of 2007 for personal reasons. Finally the Roosters settled with Faiver(guitar/vocals), Bartek (guitar/vocals), Dere(bass), Piotrek(drums) . Since then no one left or joined the band. In the early spring of 2007 after signing a record contract with Warsaw City Rockers Records- the Roosters managed to release their début EP Roosters Republic. The Roosters sound is diverse. While trying to achieve an 'American punk' sound, the band was experimenting with genders like ska, pop, hardcore and electro. The Roosters played a lot of shows in Poland, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Recently the band recorded their début LP Guns Up and signed a record deal with Rockers Publishing. The album will be available in stores all over Poland in February.

Mushroom's sticky sweet flower just siiting there
I gave some to my love and she lost all her hair
I ain't got nothing to give now except a little bit of inner air
Seven sunshine women in a bed
Imagaphonic idols and blow their heads
Black slipper crawled up through them but they just didn't care
Well I got somethin' ta say if you really want to get your way
Put voodoo in that dark red wine and this is what they'll say
They'll say really want for this and you tell 'em there's just a little bit of inner air
The Roosters' song "Little by Little" is a psychedelic rock track that depicts the story of a mystic love affair with a spin of dark, eerie, and intriguing enticement. The lyrics begin with "Voodoo power in the air, Mushroom's sticky sweet flower just sitting there," introducing some magical and potent elements. The singer claims to have given some of the magical mushrooms to his love, and she lost all of her hair, depicting a frightening and dark side to the voodoo-imbued affair.
The second verse introduces "Seven sunshine women in a bed, Imagaphonic idols and blow their heads," indicating the singer's involvement with several women. However, despite the presence of multiple women, the singer did not have anything to offer them except "a little bit of inner air." This line holds some spiritual significance, suggesting that the singer is well aware that materialistic and temporary things like imagery idols would not satisfy his soul in the long run.
The chorus of the song suggests that if someone desires to get their way, they must indulge in the dark magic of voodoo, which implies an elusive and questionable suggestion. In summary, "Little By Little" depicts a dark and intriguing story of a forbidden, mystical love affair indulging in voodoo magic mushrooms and questionable practices.
