Their 60s hits included: "I'll Never Find Another You", "A World of Our Own" , "The Carnival is Over" (which the Seekers sung at various closing ceremonies in Australia, including Expo '88 and the Paralympics), "Someday One Day", "Walk With Me", "Morningtown Ride", and "When Will The Good Apples Fall". Their tune "Georgy Girl" in particular served as the title song of the film of the same name. These songs have had significant airplay on 'oldies' radio stations over the years.
Bruce Woodley and The Rain, The Park and Other Things's "I Am Australian", which has been recorded by The Seekers, and by singer Judith Durham with Russell Hitchcock and Mandauway Yunupingu, has become an unofficial Australian anthem.
Devoted to You
The Seekers Lyrics

Till the sun dries up the sea
Until then I'll always be
Devoted to you
I'll be yours through endless time
I'll adore your charm sublime
Guess by now you'll know that I'm
I'll never hurt you I'll never lie
I'll never be untrue
I'll never give you reason to cry
I'd be unhappy if you were blue
Through the years my love will grow
Like a river it will flow
It can't die because I'm so
Devoted to you
I'll never hurt you I'll never lie
I'll never be untrue
I'll never give you reason to cry
I'd be unhappy if you were blue
Through the years my love will grow
Like a river it will flow
It can't die because I'm so
Devoted to you
Devoted to you
The lyrics to The Seekers' song "Devoted to You" express an unwavering commitment to a romantic partner that will last a lifetime. The opening lyrics, "Darling you can count on me, Till the sun dries up the sea, Until then I'll always be Devoted to you," set the tone for the rest of the song. The singer promises to be loyal and faithful to their loved one until the end of time, using the metaphor of the sun drying up the sea to represent an impossible event that will never happen. The repetition of the phrase "devoted to you" throughout the song reinforces the depth and strength of the singer's feelings.
The second verse further emphasizes the singer's devotion and dedication to their partner. The singer declares that they will love and admire their partner's charm for eternity, saying, "I'll be yours through endless time, I'll adore your charm sublime, Guess by now you'll know that I'm Devoted to you." The singer also promises never to hurt or betray their partner, and expresses a desire to keep them happy and free from sadness.
The final verse speaks to the power of love in the face of time and change. The singer compares their love to a river that will continue to grow and flow, staying strong even as the years go by. Once again, the singer reiterates their unwavering commitment to their partner, saying, "It can't die because I'm so Devoted to you."
Overall, "Devoted to You" is a tender and heartfelt love song that celebrates the power of love and commitment in a romantic relationship.

She has the most beautiful voice I've ever heard... Lord, please heal her so she can continue to bless us.

Judith was arguably as good a singer as any female vocalist since 1950. Carly Simon's recording of this song is excellent, but this is the best version.
