"From the prairie city of Saskatoon, Canada come the Sheepdogs, 4 young gentlemen who revel in the joy of rock n roll so wholeheartedly, it's downright contagious. Sporting the long-haired looks of their musical forefathers, the lads make the most of their 2 guitars, bass and drums combo. Soulful vocalizations, everybody harmonizing, old-school guitar chops winding, riffing and chiming, and a grooving rhythm section that keeps it all going. Having already cemented their reputation as dynamic performers in their hometown, the Sheepdogs now turn their attention to spreading their affection for rock n roll cross-country. They have spent the last year covering the great white north, playing from Vancouver island to Montreal. They have played festivals, headlined a bill during 2007's Junofest, opened for the likes of Matt Mays and el Torpedo, and performed before thousands at 2006's Saskatoon Centennial Celebration. In January 2007 they released their debut LP Trying to Grow, a collection of guitar-driven originals that recall classic rockers like the Stones, CCR, and the Kinks. The album's title-track was featured in a province-wide campaign in their native Saskatchewan. Early 2008 has already seen the completion of their follow-up album, which mixes elements of southern rock and moody soul with gleeful straight-forward rockers. Once again, the boys are hitting the road, spreading their rock n roll revival to the rest of Canada."

I can think of a million reasons why
Through my head run thoughts of you
And darling you know there's nothing I would rather do
Whoa you know
Giving my love away to you
Is hard for me to do whoa oh
Giving my love away to you
Darling I hope you know it's hard for me to do whoa oh
Giving my love away to you
The things that don't stay the same
Now sit down next to me
There's no place that you ought to be
Too many distractions in a day
I got to figure out just how to say
I hope you know
Giving my love away to you
Is hard for me to do whoa
Giving my love away to you
Giving my love away to you
Well darling I know it's hard for me to do whoa
Giving my love away to you
The things that don't stay the same whoa
The Sheepdogs's "Rollo Tomasi" is a song about giving love to someone who may be unsure of their feelings towards the singer. The singer tells the person to not be shy and that they can think of a million reasons why they should be together. The thoughts of this person run through the singer's head and they express that there is nothing they would rather do than give their love away to them. However, the singer also acknowledges that it is hard for them to give their love away and hopes that the other person understands this.
Throughout the song, the singer encourages the other person to sit down next to them and cut out the distractions of the day. They express that there are things that don't stay the same and that they need to figure out how to convey their feelings. The repetition of the line "Giving my love away to you" emphasizes the difficulty the singer has in expressing their emotions and the uncertainty of the other person's response.
Overall, "Rollo Tomasi" explores the complexity of love and the fear of rejection. It highlights the difficulty of opening up to someone and the vulnerability that comes with sharing one's feelings.

Damn what a great song. Jazz, blues, sexy voice and groove. This is too good to be made in the 2000's.
