For you
For your heart
In the garden
My heart calls to you
Hear me
In your heart
The lyrics of The Shroud's song "In the Garden" are quite simple, yet they carry profound meanings. They express a deep longing for connection and intimacy with someone. The singer's heart reaches out to the person's heart in the garden, symbolizing a desire for a deeper connection in a peaceful and natural environment.
The repeated use of "in the garden" emphasizes the importance of finding a place of comfort and safety where one can express their emotions freely without fear of judgment or rejection. The singer's heart calls out to the person, asking them to hear their plea for connection. The use of the word "hear" suggests that the singer feels unheard and unseen, and is reaching out for someone to truly listen to them and their emotions.
Overall, the song is a beautiful representation of the human need for genuine connections and the desire to be heard and understood by others. It highlights the importance of finding a safe space to express oneself and the significance of actively listening to the emotions of those around us.
