El mejor saxofonista del jazz en cuanto a sonido e ideas. Compàrese el sonido de Stan Getz con el de Coltrane. Lo siento por Coltrane, pero Getz tiene un timbre, una belleza, una elegancia natural y un swing que Coltrane no lo tuene, por muy modal, revolucionario y afro que éste sea. Cuestión de gustos, supongo. Pero quien sabe lo que es tocar un saxo puede reconocer, y ama la música, por supuesto.
