The Beginning
The Throne Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

This triangle, for what use ? Colours no longer exist. Sick minds erased them.
Lack of respect for humanity. We walk away from this process that makes you.
You can no longer decide when to sleep.
You are no longer in control - so afraid, this hole was... Deeper.
Nothing I can say will make you feel... Cause I can't die in this place.
You can't live in this place. I can see it in your scared face.

There will be no new beginning 'cause you are fake.
Can't you see ? Is this how you want it to be ?
Show me his face and he will never be.
Able to see ever again.

Epidemic; human, inhale the toxic.
The great aim.
Clones; the one brain.
There will be no new beginning. Cause you are fake, an imitation of the falsification, just like your ancestors.
Clones; the one brain.
In honour of an unknown relic.

In anticipation of the malice.
My like minded creature.

Overall Meaning

In The Throne's song The Beginning, the lyrics express a dystopian world where humanity has lost its way. The opening lines question the purpose of a triangle and the significance of colors since the world has become so sick and devoid of humanity. The lyrics suggest that people have lost their minds, and as a result, they have also lost control over their lives. The singer conveys the message that people are no longer in control of their actions and decisions, controlled by a system that they cannot escape. The deep hole mentioned in the lyrics as a metaphorical representation of the society people have created, which only gets worse with each passing day.

The chorus reflects the theme of the song, where the singer repeats that there will be no new beginning because everyone in this world is fake. The singer is pointing out how people fake their emotions or put up a facade to blend in with the society rather than be true to themselves. The song conveys a message that people have lost their sense of identity and willingly become clones of each other. The lyrics suggest that people have become so alike that they share the same brain, and the world is in shambles.

Overall, The Beginning depicts a world that has lost its humanity, and nothing good can come out of such society. The repeated mention of the "clones" suggests that individuality has been lost, and people have become similar robots who follow the norms set by society. The song stands as a warning that humanity must find its way back before it's too late.

Bissmilleh, Assalamu Ailaikum!

Jazaka Allahu kulla khayr ya shaykh.
This is just.. EXQUISITE!

You know i always want to share your videos but unfortunately my entourage have some english problems..
and trust me, i'm, Alhamdulileh, an Arab, and there a lot of great shouyoukh out there, but you (and the so many other English scholars) just have an amazing and a unique style, not just in your way of telling and explaining but in your topics too!
SO CREATIVE! mashaa ALLAH
i'm asking, if you could, make English and Arabic subtitles, for those who have it hard to understand or don't understand at all. as i found it a great tool to learn English at the same time.
If maybe you don't have time or anything, there a lot of young motivated Muslims out there who want to benefit themselves and their ummah! give them an opportunity TO WORK.
As i suggest and hope that shouyoukh would  interact more (directly) with people and especially the youngs. make us understand what work is, help us take ACTION of what we're learning from you.  i don't know about you, i'm just talking generally.
The point is, that view "the shaykh is just for fatwa, khutbah and maw'idah.. " and
"Oh, obviously, his an imam" is just so wrong.. i think everyone is an imam for himself.
this a point of view of mine, i maybe wrong, i may be right; if i'm right, Alhamdulilah, and i want you to talk about it sometimes; and if i'm wrong i'd love to hear from you!

i really hope that you'll put the subtitles in consideration.

as i suggest to everyone, to give a look at Malek Bennabi's books.
he written in french, and there are English(i know it's available in Malaysia) and Arabic translations.

Thank you so much for your hard work.
Greetings from ALGERIA!
