Ho visto il mare

la sera che ti ho conosciuta
il tuo viso rigato da rabbia,
emozioni mostrava orizzonti segreti.
respiro e ti aspetto a riva
spettinata e distesa in fondo sai bene che
è la vita che ti vuole tenere.
Assorto nel porto non seguo correnti
non voglio Sirene, ma mare.
Tu ti avvicini e mi abbracci con garbo
e poi mi saluti e mi porti al largo.
The song "Ho Visto Il Mare" by The Vad Vuc is a beautiful composition that explores the complex emotions of love and longing. The lyrics speak of seeing the vastness of the ocean in a single drop of tears shed by a person who is special to the singer. The evening they met, the singer saw the other person's face streaked with anger, which revealed the hidden horizons of their emotions.
The calmness of the other person leads the singer to lie down and listen to their voice, which is broken and influenced by the air of Sirens, who steal time away from love. The singer is so absorbed in the moment that they do not follow any currents, and they do not want to get lost in the illusions of the Sirens, but instead, they want the vastness of the sea.
The other person approaches the singer, embraces them gently, and then bids them farewell, leaving them yearning for more. The singer feels a gust of wind, which makes them afraid and anxious. They patiently wait for the other person, who comes back to their shore. The singer knows that life tries to take away what the other person represents, and so they want to hold onto them tightly.
Overall, the song is a beautiful portrayal of human emotions and faith. The singer sees the vastness of the sea in a single tear and realizes that they want to hold onto the person they met because they represent the beauty of life.
