1. The Weathermen is an underground hip-hop supergroup, consisting of Tame One, Breeze Brewin, El-P, Cage, Aesop Rock and Yak Ballz. Former members include Camu Tao (deceased), Copywrite, Vast Aire, Masai Bey, and Jakki da Motamouth. They released a mixtape in 2003 titled The Conspiracy on Eastern Conference Records.
In the summer of 2010, Cage announced on his facebook page that he and Aesop Rock were working on a collaborative effort, and that there would be no further Weathermen-wide releases in light of Camu Tao's passing.
Aesop Rock refers to the group on the hidden track of his album, None Shall Pass.
2. Formed in Belgium by Belgian Jean-Marc Lederman and American vocalist (and former Tuxedomoon associate] Bruce Geduldig, The Weathermen emerged out of the mid-80s "electronic body music" wave. They were noted for their sarcastic social commentary lyrics over beat-driven melodies.
Early singles and Eps on the Play It Again, Sam label, and the albums Ten Deadly Kisses and The Black Album, combined European technopop of Yello with EBM beats and a sense of humor. One of their songs, "Poison" made the German Top 50 singles chart. The group earned a following in the US through PIAS's distribution through Wax Trax! In 1990, the duo signed to Mute records to release Beyond the Beyond. After their 1992 album Global 851 the group went silent; reforming in the 2000's. Infacted released a compilation, Ultimate Poison!, in 2010.
3. The Weatherman was a British pop group of the early 1970s, fronted by Jonathan King. They enjoyed British chart success (peak: #19) with their 1970 version of The Four Tops' 'It's the Same Old Song'. Encouraged by this, The Weatherman issued two more singles (including another Four Tops cover, 'Honey Bee (Keep On Stinging Me)') before falling silent.

Damn I can talk all day about hip hop but I got off course I ask a bout the fallout is Why was Camu’s verse cut from the EC All Stars Video that’s remixed?? Did everyone lose respect for copywrite after he got duffed while talkin shit to someone one shot! Still can see the gif or pic I forget lol Mr. eon at one point breeze brewin was a member, jakki tha motormouth (tho that wkcr freestyle May of been weathermen + MGhz) and el has always been a member but aes wasn’t - and hmmm I never thought about it but Lif was never a member, I wonder why...
Random: recorded my former groups demo with Ray Fernandez of Boston Butta Beats Productions (two plaques on the wall 7”l and eso + mr.lifs first two def jux Albums he’s credited as “ Ray Boy Fernandes – engineer, mixing, vocals” his studio was a staple of Boston Hip Hop scene as everyone congregated there - which I can see ray is hilarious + chill AF + all analog! He plays a racist cop on one of the skits the name escapes me tho
One other random: the hell did J Tredds goto?! Of the Indelibles, can’t find any other music or info on em - did negative/repulsive gravity just yeet em into space or what? Also looking at the of fat beats video there’s an female emcee who bodies a verse was there a different lineup/version with more rappers of the fire In which you burn? Or a larger indelibles??
Also last but not least:
This hurt my soul lmao; it cuts off when the mic is handed to I’ll bill of non Phixion! Imagine that verse smh that was legendary and ah who the hell *stops camcorder*!) - also any story behind his wack fandam feature ”Delorean feat Aesop rock & Ill Bill)” Bill just rambles over and says he the reincarnation of Yeshua (Jewish name for Jesus) San-MOBAH (I know that not what he says but it might as well be lol) all over prime cuts by DJ Abilities rambling bullshit instead RAPPING (it’s the RA on population control hook bullshit all over STFU or RAP because your top tier emcees I slept on RA for years becuz of that hook n crustified dibbs bloody hua-hua, or whatever: just shitting on a gormet-hook when you could put golden bars in your damn sleep) and then electronic voice says something I can’t understand fully but seems el was pissed lol don’t blame em I wanna hear those three kill it on a cut! But doubt that happen with aes & el (or cage, can ox or tame one fuuuck Amy I wanna be like grow up! Kiss n make up cause that should’ve made y’all STRONGER but instead lit destroy y’all I get it I do losing someone sucks and people can wild out and say stupid shit but y’all SHOULD been known that shit but I’m an outsider lookin in! I could be dead wrong who knows much love n respect to all of em regardless “gods workin on all of us baby” as desus and mero put it haha

+Angel Razo This is vast aire's lines:
?From the island of nothing? disperse, gone with the wind
Make them gusty... And when the knight wants the king's wife
You can't even trust me
It ain't like I got eggos over my head and wings to protect me
Tackle the mic type radio angry
Caught the QB with his hand up, he can’t stand up
They had the cannibal trapped up north (shackles)
And the only way out meant one face off
So I hid the pen in my hand and broke it apart, and use the contents inside to start the break out
Left one cat in the elevator, seizure had him faked out
Lambs are so quiet now as societies fallen
I got one life to live and raps the callin'
And park my rhyme bars from the stars and record 'em
And outline the constellation, the sky's margin
Close the book, sky dims, limits us often
DeadHeatHipHop
most will never know this era of el-p. respect on his success tho.

El P is easily a top 3 producers for me
Cosmic Heruka
I really loved how you had the pics of each rapper come in when their verses start, it'd be cool if more people would do that with hip hop tracks on Youtube
Willy Wonka
Somebody did that for Binary Star's KGB, one of the greatest crew cuts in history
Mike D
Thanks man. I uploaded this so long ago when I first discovered windows movie maker. That's when I created the YouTube account and wanted to upload the hip hop I love. I got lazy since then and don't upload anymore but I still follow great artist and buy their music. Thanks for the comment and your great taste in music.

One of the Def Jux highlights for me. Every verse is incredible. Talk about a posse cut, Jesus.

"The ignorant idioms you've chosen sound spoken straight from the thoughts of medium; who protects his mind just to lose it, and reveal the demons that prove it." This track is beyond amazing.
That Guy
That beat is so great, it's easily one of El's best!
