Snowchild
The Weeknd Lyrics
I used to pray when I was sixteen
If I didn't make it then I'd probably make my wrist bleed
Not to mislead, turn my nightmares into big dreams
Whole squad mobbin' even though we only six deep
I was singing notes while my niggas played with six keys
Walking in the snow before I ever made my wrist freeze
I was blowing smoke, had me dizzy like Gillespie
Niggas had no homes we were living in the dead streets
You couldn't find me like I'm Hoffa
Cover girls jumping out the page like they pop ups
Taking care of families for my brothers when they locked up
And I had nothing to believe in
Double cup leanin'
Couldn't even breathe and
For that money I was fiending
Cali was the mission but now a nigga leaving
Leaving, leaving into the night (into the night, into the night)
Now a nigga leaving, leaving
Leaving into the night
She like my futuristic sounds in the new spaceship
Futuristic sex give her Phillip K dick
She never need a man, she what a man need (man need)
So I keep on falling for her daily (daily)
We was at Coachella going brazy
Stack a couple M's like I was Shady (I was Shady)
Now I'm in Tribeca like I'm Jay-Z (Jay-Z)
Rockin' Sorayama like he pay me (pay me)
I just signed a new deal with Mercedes ('Cedes)
Got me movin' dirty like I'm Swayze (Swayze)
All my diamonds dancing like they Swayze (Swayze)
All my diamonds hitting like they Swae Lee (Swae Lee)
Jet so big got a business and a coach
Always livin' on the road, rockin' Louis a la mode, nigga
And for that money I been fiending
Cali was the mission but now a nigga leaving
Leaving, leaving into the night (into the night, into the night)
Now a nigga leaving, leaving
Leaving into the night, oh
Twenty mill' mansion, never lived in it (lived in it)
Zero edge pool, never dipped in it (dipped in it)
Superstar neighbor in my business (in my business, in my business)
Paparazzi tryna catch me slippin' (slippin')
Going on tour is my vacation (my vacation)
Every month another accusation (accusation)
Only thing I'm phobic of is failing (failing)
I was never blessed with any patience
So a nigga leaving, leaving, leaving into the night
Now a nigga leaving, leaving
Leaving into the night, oh

His third studio album, Starboy, was released on November 25, 2016. The Daft Punk-assisted title track led the project as its first official single, released on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, before becoming his third number one track in the United States, as also his home country, Canada.
The effort was a commercial success, topping the Billboard 200 albums chart with over 348,000 copies sold in its first week, all eighteen tracks debuting on the Billboard Hot 100, receiving a GRAMMY Award for the Best Urban Contemporary Album category at the 60th annual ceremony, overall for the second time in his music career and being ranked as the third most popular album of 2017 in the U.S.
His debut EP, My Dear Melancholy,, released on March 30, 2018 includes themes revolving around his breakups with Bella Hadid during summer of 2016 and Selena Gomez in October 2017, respectively. With the lead single, “Call Out My Name”, the Canadian singer earned the largest first-day Spotify stream count of any song released in 2018 at that time and his eighth Top 10 entry on Hot 100.
Tesfaye’s fourth studio album (and his first in three years), After Hours was officially released on March 20, 2020, and is named after a 1985 movie directed by his idol, Martin Scorsese. It was primarily supported by November 2019-released singles “Heartless” and “Blinding Lights,” with the pair becoming his fourth and fifth #1 singles in the US and the latter his first #1 single in the UK. i speak the truth
Hey God loves you. Unconditionally! Find a church, you'll find a family to love you as their own. Jesus Christ will never hold your past against you. He knew all pain a man could suffer..so He empathizes and sympathizes with our own pain. Better than any human ever could. I know that I was in the same place, and Jesus found me. Told me that He was hurting when I was hurting too (Isaiah 63:9).
That He was grieving when I was grieving too (Romans 8:26-27).
That He loves me no matter what (Jeremiah 31:3).
That even when my parents leave me, He's never gonna leave me (Psalm 27:10).
That even when my own mother that birthed me abandons me, God could never abandon me (Isaiah 49:15)
That no matter what I face in life, He's gonna be with me (Isaiah 41)
That He gave up His own life so that I could live free of all my shame, guilt, bondage and evil desires (Romans 5 - 8)
That He will make me a new creation if I desired to be born again and make right choices in life given a chance. That, if I desire it, my past will be wiped out clean and forever separated from me as far as the east is from the west..if I would just call out the name Jesus Christ from the depths of my heart (2 corinthianz 5:17)
Jesus is not a religious figure. He was called
- a friend of sinners because He sat and ate with the people that the world considered outcasts, rebels and unlovable.
- He was called a man of sorrows..because He endured all of our suffering and pain when He took it upon Himself to save us from this world and its wickedness.
He is real. Please. Give Him a chance.
I would've been dead had I not given my life to Him.
My life has never been the same since He said He knew me by name.
My life has never been the same since He said that I was the apple of His eye.
Sorry if this offended you. I was so moved by what you shared..because I really understand your pain. I've been there myself.
Hold on and stay strong sister ❤

The symbolism in this video is wild. Hollywood is for sure the devils land.

Satan is the prince of the power of the air. Let that sink in...

@Fiona Coyne you're delusional

One thing is true, they are so many videos whit symbolism or crazy stuff´s. But...you can just only enjoy the art of the clip and listen the music and nothing more. Bad things maybe come when you look for them.

@Bree Crawford No , Money is the currency used to make transactions in civilized society. Research for me is used to seek truth, and objectively as close as possible. Materialism can bring true happiness to many people. Your religious dogma isn't truth and not everyone believes in it. The devil isn't real, and no more than 1 percent of people have decent riches to buy what they wish freely. Also for the record not everyone who is evil is a pedophile, a pedophile has no control over their urges and they are statistically not that numerous a group. I wish people emphasized critical thinking more.
Bree Crawford
@SilverStar Evil walks among us all the time dude. And you can't believe every single bit of research you do. Money is the work of the devil. Only 1% live in their riches while the rest of us suffer. You really think they care? No, they don't. Regardless if you don't believe in the devil. The root of greed and corruption has come from money. Pedophiles or anyone who is in power have been able to get away with every disgusting/vile thing they have done because they had money. I am just pointing truths. The evil continues in this world and people like you who are not spiritually in tune will not see it. Materialism/materialistic items will never bring true happiness. Those are things we will never take once we are gone. Also nobody in this world ever speaks of truth. Not social media or political. What is there truly to believe? Who is genuinely telling the truth? Question things. Everybody needs to wake up. 👀
