The games refer to the little tactics she uses to play with his emotions, and he's so smitten with her that he doesn't mind playing along. The woman had a perfect smile, but he's unable to find the right words to ask her to be his. But on a fateful night, he took a chance and held her hand, walked out of sight, pulled her close, whispered in her ear, hoping she would take a chance with him.
The chorus, "the games that you play, the little ways that you move me," shows that he's aware of her antics and how they play with his emotions. He knows that she's the one he has been searching for all his life, and he's willing to pay any price to keep being with her.
