You are a Witcher.
A professionally trained monster hunter. You set foot on your journey and encounter a Griffin attacking a fellow merchant. Indeed, a griffin, a mythical creature with the body, legs, and tail of a lion and the head, wings, and talons of an eagle. You decide to help out the man in need, you slash the beast with your silver sword, causing it to retreat. You quickly gather your horse and begin chasing the wounded creature * music plays * 0:00 .
The chase comes to a stop as the beast can no longer fly due to the wounds you inflicted upon it. * music plays * 00:42 .
Feeling itself cornered, the Griffin prepares itself for its last stand, it ferociously growls at you. You draw your silver sword, provoking the beast even further, you take a step backwards, you feel uneasy for a slight second... what is this feeling? Hesitation? Fear? Most definitely not, you stared at death in the face countless times before. This... is something different, you can't quite put the finger on it, mutations have stripped you from emotion but you definitely feel it shiver down your spine.
Tis the thrill of the hunt.

SevenFingerDiscount I think it's placed good. First it showed up in a Griffin fight, but than it was bacicly Ciri's battle theme.

GreenHellTube I agree, its placed well in the game. It plays just enough for you to enjoy but also not all the time so you dont get tired of it. If this song played in the game, I knew something really important was about to happen, which is good.
