I was the recording engineer on D & B's final album - the "blue" one - and that session was the most fun of any I ever did. Bonnie was a delight to work with and a genuine, down-home girl. Her singing still makes my arm hair stand up....

I love her stories. I can picture all those artists. I met her when she performed at the Scott Boyer Benefit in Birmingham, 2007. She had a horn section. She is incredible. I also saw her sing at Leon Russell's funeral in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Amazing.

Would love her to make one more album, or go on tour one more time. I always said not enough people know her, if she went on like the Voice or a show like that everyone would be amazed at how awesome she sings.
