THePETEBOX is a human beatboxer and live looper from the UK. He is known throughout the world as an innovator of using a loop pedal to create songs using his vocal and beatboxing ability. He was first brought to the attention of the beatbox world after winning the 2005 BBC Radio 1 Beatbox Championships. He then established himself further as an artist in 2007 when he was named as a winner of the years Channel 4 Talent Awards.
THePETEBOX has toured his cutting edge show around the UK, Africa, France, Norway, Czech Republic, and appeared at Isle of White, Besival, V, Leeds, Reading, Latitude, Creamfields and Glastonbury festivals to name a few.
In 2007 THePETEBOX became the face of Mexican telecom when he featured in a TV advert for Movistar mobile phones. Watch advert here The advert aired in March 2007 in Mexico and will be shown in Panama and Guatemala later in the year.
THePETEBOX is also a member of the bands Swimming and WeShowUpOnRadar
THePETEBOX appeared in the UK and USA television coverage of the 2009 World Free Running Championships on August 15th.
Other TV appearances include ITV's Skillicious in 2009, showcasing and teaching his skills and ITV's Odd One In in 2010.

Everyone who disliked this, it was either an accident or they're just jealous bastards. You Pete, are a musical sensation. You can do pretty much anything, sing, beat box, you can create the best sounds I've personally ever heard and probably ever will. You play instruments on top of it all. You sir, are a legend. An entire set of bands, rappers, beat boxers... All put together could not match nor come close to reaching your level. Keep it up, you're the best.
