There for Tomorrow was a band from Orlando, Florida that combines alternative rock/post-hardcore music with adrenaline filled lyrics. Featured members are Maika Maile (rhythm guitar/lead vocals), Christian Climer (lead guitar/backing vocals), Jay Enriquez (bass/backing vocals), and Chris Kamrada (drums). They were signed to Hopeless/Sub City Records until 2013 .
There for Tomorrow formed in 2003 at a time when all of its members were teenagers (although Christian Climer did not join the band until 2006). They were originally called The Kick Off, but changed their name after playing numerous local shows. The band's debut album Point of Origin was released on 30 April 2004. They began playing local radio station showcase concerts, which led to stints on the southeastern leg of the Vans Warped Tour in 2006 and 2007. After the tour, they met with James Paul Wisner (Underoath, Paramore), who produced their 2007 Pages EP, which attracted the attention of the alternative rock label Hopeless Records. He returned to produce their self titled EP, released on 5 August 2008, featuring the first single "No More Room to Breathe." Just over three months later, the band won the MTVU Woodie Award for breakout artist of the year, beating established acts such as All Time Low and We the Kings.
In February 2009, the band joined We the Kings with other bands on the Secret Valentine Tour. They also played on the 2009 Warped Tour. A Little Faster, There for Tomorrow's debut full-length album on Hopeless Records, was released on 9 June 2009.
Their third full-length studio album, The Verge, was released on June 28, 2011.
Their self released EP Nightscape was released on October 21, 2014.
The group is influenced by bands such as Jimmy Eat World, Blink-182, Third Eye Blind, and The Hives.
On November 19, the band posted a statement on Facebook, officially announcing the end of the band. They played their farewell shows during December 2014.

I test ride my memory
Tunnel vision, I give in and put
An end to make shifting relief
This game has got me shaking hands
With my own enemies
I see faces, but none of them
Not one believes in me
And at the end of the road
I'll hate to say I told you so
I don't need you to find resolve
Cause when it's said and done
Down to one
I'll hate to say I told you so
And as your promises dissolve
I'll get bragging rights
You'll realize that from day one
I always told you so
Go on living making killings
Off of all your broken dreams
I'll stay in within the out
And I bet you won't find one weak bone in me
It's been a long time coming
But no need for sympathy
I made my mind, I'll spend my time
Just making you believe
And at the end of the road
I'll hate to say I told you so
I don't need you to find resolve
Cause when it's said and done
Down to one
I'll hate to say I told you so
And as your promises dissolve
I'll get bragging rights
You'll realize that from day one
I always told you so
This doesn't sound like it's the best of me
But it feels so good to know what I've got
I found a remedy
Found me a fix for all these broken memories
Something to cure the sick and suffering
Cause I did what I wanted to
Rest assured, no more time to lose
I found a remedy
I don't need you to find resolve
Cause when it's said and done
Down to one
I'll hate to say I told you so
And as your promises dissolve
I'll get bragging rights
You'll realize that from day one
I always told you so (Cause I did what I wanted to)
I always told you so (No more time to waste)
I always told you so
I found a remedy
The song "The Remedy" by There for Tomorrow tells the story of someone who has made a decision to break away from their past and find a new direction. The lyrics describe a struggle to let go of the past, which is represented by broken memories and failed relationships. The singer expresses a feeling of being overwhelmed by their situation and turning to a "remedy" to help them cope. This remedy is not specifically defined in the lyrics, but it is likely a metaphor for something that helps them find a sense of peace or clarity.
The chorus features the line "I'll hate to say I told you so," which adds an element of defiance to the song. The singer is determined to find their own way, even if it means going against the expectations of others. They are confident in their ability to handle whatever comes their way, and the song ends on a triumphant note with the line "I found a remedy."
Overall, "The Remedy" is a powerful song about taking control of your own life and overcoming hardship. It speaks to the universal experience of feeling lost or stuck in a difficult situation, and the need to find something that helps you move forward.
