2. These Days is a hardcore band from the San Francisco Bay Area. Formed in 2003, These Days recorded their 6 song demo in April and began playing shortly after that. The band found a home at Run For Cover Records and released a 7" entitled Death Sentence. Title Fight Records also released an accompanying CD version of the EP which included two unreleased tracks and the demo.
Having recently returned from a year long hiatus, they are once again playing the Bay Area and beyond in support of their latest release, a self-titled full length on This Blessing, This Curse records.

Try to do something just not to think about her.
For example Iโm staying at work always longer and I come to work even hour earlier since we broke up.
Also, I do sports such as running or gym.
Also after 10 years of not playing I took my guitar now and started learning chords.
Iโm doing everything just to make myself busy not to have time to think about her.
Meet new people, talk with them a lot.
