Tiësto Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Racing through my bones
All we have is memories
That soon goes up in smoke
Faster than a bullet
Go ahead and pull it
We're unstoppable
I can feel this energy
Faster than a bullet
Go ahead and pull it
We're unstoppable
I can feel this energy
Racing through my bones
[Drop]
I can feel this energy
Racing through my bones
All we have is memories
That soon goes up in smoke
Faster than a bullet
Go ahead and pull it
We're unstoppable
I can feel this energy
Racing through my bones
The lyrics of Tiësto's "Bullets" evoke a sense of intense adrenaline and urgency. The opening line "I can feel this energy racing through my bones" sets the tone for the rest of the song as the singer expresses their excitement and desire for something spontaneous and exhilarating.
The following line "All we have is memories that soon goes up in smoke" implies that the singer is not concerned with the future consequences of their actions, but rather they are living in the moment with no regrets.
The repeated refrain of "faster than a bullet, go ahead and pull it, we're unstoppable" emphasizes the reckless attitude of the singer and their willingness to do whatever it takes to experience this thrill. The final line "I can feel this energy racing through my bones" brings the song full circle, repeating the opening line and emphasizing the intensity of the moment.
Overall, "Bullets" is a song that celebrates living in the moment and embracing the rush of adrenaline that comes with impulsive decisions.
