La vi a té toujou ban m do
Pat janm gen chans
Pou m konn sa ki bone
Tou sa'm té vlé
Sa'm t'éséyé
Pat bon pou mwen
Lan nwit mwen san somey
Pyé m pa koupé
Ponyèt mwen pa maré
An vérité m' pat util tèt mwen anyen
Gen pluzieu travay ke'm touvé
Détwa jou m révoké
Malgré m kalifyé
Kondisyon yo pa bon pou mwen
On séri patwon
Se pa konésans ke ya pé chaché
Sé pluto yon moun
Ki pou plé santiman yo
Sé pou nou Korije
Mesyeu
Lanmou pa dwè rantré nan afè travay
Sé pou nou Korije
Mesyeu
Lanmou pa dwè rantré nan afè travay
Mesyeu
Lanmou pa dwè rantré nan afè travay
Moun sa yo tèlman méchan
Avan yo bay fanm travay
Yo mandé y fe overhaul
Overhaul mennen overtime
Mésyeu m pa vin pou taté
Siw taté ma rélé ma rélé
Gadé mizè fanm ap pasé pou I travay
Oh mon Dieu
Gadé mizè fanm ap pasé pou I travay
Gadé mizè fanm ap pasé pou I travay
Oh mon Dieu
Gadé mizè fanm ap pasé pou I travay
Korije
Depuis longtemps sa té toion kon sa
Korije
Korije
Sé pou yonn édé lot
Moun sa yo tèlman méchan, avan yo bay fanm travay
Yo mandé y fe overhaul, overhaul mennen overtime
Mésyeu m pa vin pou taté, siw taté ma rélé ma rélé
Gadé mizè fanm ap pasé pou I travay, oh mon Dieu
Gadé mizè fanm ap pasé pou I travay
Gen travay ke'm touvé m'révoké
Malgré m'kalifyé, kondisyon yo pat bon pou mwen
On séri patwon sé pa konésans kè ya pa chaché
Sé pluto yon moun ki pou plé santiman yo
The lyrics to Ti Manno's song "Corije" reflect the struggles and injustices faced by women in the workforce. The singer expresses his own experiences of being overlooked and not given the chances he deserved in life. He talks about how he has always wanted certain things but was unable to achieve them because they were not favorable to him. He mentions that he spends sleepless nights and faces constant obstacles, with his feet unable to move forward and his thoughts feeling useless. Despite his qualifications, he reveals that the conditions were not suitable for him to succeed, as there are certain people who hide their true intentions and only think about satisfying their own emotions.
The chorus urges the listeners, particularly men, to correct their behavior and not let love interfere with work. It emphasizes that love should not meddle in work affairs. The singer highlights the cruelty and suffering that women go through for the sake of work, expressing his disbelief and shock at witnessing such misery. He calls out the oppression and inequality faced by women in the workplace, emphasizing that it is not right for men to take advantage of them.

For a long time it has been like this
Tout bagay progrésé, moun sa yo toujou menm plas
Everything has progressed, but these people are still in the same place
