Originally their name was 'Radio Chantaje' (Blackmail Radio), then they became 'No', but because there was another mexican group with the same name, they opted to change their name from 'No' to 'No de Tijuana', and in the end their name became simply Tijuana No!.

Que pasa por la calle?
Hoy los latinos quieren bailar
Rit
mientras los güeros quieren pelear
mo!
Raza latina lo logrará,
fiesta en el barrio para gozar
Reggae, reggae en el barrio
Que pasa por la calle?
Fuerza latina mucho sabor
por Nicaragua y El Salvador
Rit
funden sus pueblos en una nación
mo!
un plan de vida mucho mejor
Reggae, reggae en el barrio.
Que pasa por la calle?
Que Pasa?
Nada. Nada.
Reggae, reggae en el barrio.
Fiesta en el barrio, mismo sabor.
vibra la raza en una canción.
? ? vida sin represión.
Fuerza latina mucho sabor.
Reggae, reggae en el barrio.
Roco!
Roco (Maldita Vecindad):
Ritmo
Reggae, reggae en el barrio
Reggae, reggae en el barrio
Salsa en el barrio
Salsa en el barrio
Hoy los latinos quieren bailar
mientras los güeros quieren pelear
Raza latina lo lograrán
fiesta en el barrio para gozar
Salsa en el barrio
Salsa, salsa, salsa, salsa
Salsa, en el barrio
Salsa, salsa, salsa, salsa
Salsa, en el barrio
The lyrics to Tijuana No's song "Fiesta de barrio" describe a scene in the Latino neighborhood where there is reggae music and dancing. However, while the Latinos want to dance and enjoy the party, the "güeros" (a term used to refer to fair-skinned people, often used in Mexico) want to fight. The song then emphasizes the strength and unity of the Latino community, mentioning Nicaragua and El Salvador, and how they come together to create a better life. The song celebrates the idea of a life without repression and highlights the joy and vibrancy of the Latino culture.
The song is a powerful expression of Latino pride and resilience. It presents a snapshot of the challenges faced by Latinos in the US and Mexico, but it also shows their ability to come together and enjoy life despite their struggles. The distinctive reggae beat of the song adds to the upbeat and celebratory feel of the lyrics.
