I Hate to Tell You I Told You So
Tom Russell Lyrics
Oh oh
Yay yeah
You′re walking into dangerous territory
I see it now, but you don't see the warning
I tell you what it′s best, you do the opposite
Don't say I never said
I hate to tell you "I told you so"
But this one I can't let go
I hate to tell you "I told you so"
This one I can′t let gooo-ooo-oo
I hate to tell you, but I told you so
Blind folded by infatuation of the money
It's screaming out but you push away the signs
I tell you what I think, but you′re not listening
Don't say I never said
I hate to tell you "I told you so"
But this one I can′t let go
I hate to tell you "I told you so"
But this one I can't let gooo-ooo-oo
This one I can′t let gooo-ooo-oo
I hate to tell you, but I told you
Oh oh, you say you hear me loud and clear
Oh oh, you're walking right into and dry my tear
Oh oh, stop before you look back with regret
Just don't say I never said, oh oh
I hate to tell you "I told you so"
But this one I can′t let go
I hate to tell you "I told you so"
But this one I can′t let gooo-ooo-oo
This one I can't let gooo-ooo-oo
I hate to tell you, but I told you so
