After 'RENT', Vincent was off to London after being cast in a cutting-edge film of 'Jesus Christ Superstar;. Vincent later returned to New York to appear in the Broadway revival of "Superstar". As the lead role of Judas Iscariot. After a successful broadway run, Vincent started development work for a new record spending considerable time collaborating with other writer-producers in Los Angeles, New York, Woodstock, Sweden, and London.
While taking time to write in London, Vincent was invited to audition for Brian May, Roger Taylor and Ben Elton. Vincent was cast as the lead role of Galileo Gigaro in the notorious rock band, Queen's world premiere production of 'WE WILL ROCK YOU'. Vincent spent two years with the show playing to sold-out audiences at nearly every performance. Once 'WE WILL ROCK YOU' became a solid hit in London, producers invited Vincent to open the first American company in a new permanent theater at the Paris, Las Vegas Resort.
Later, in 2010, Vincent joined Broadway once again in the Tony Award Winning musical production of American Idiot. Based on the highly successful Grammy award winning album 'American Idiot' by Green Day. His performance of 'St. Jimmy', the drug addicted alter ego of 'Johnny/Jesus of Suburbia' got him nominated for the Drama League Award of 'Distinguished Performance' and 'Favourite Performance by a Featured Actor in a Broadway Musical' by Broadway.com Audience Award. Vincent left the performance briefly from September 27, 2010 to October 3, 2010. Then completely leaving the production in January 2011.
Now in 2012, Vincent is staring on the hit show, 'The Voice'. A show much like 'American Idol' but focusing completely on the singer's voice instead of looks as well. During the 'Blind auditions' (the judges were to turn around while the singer performed), Vincent chose 'We Are the Champions. And was chosen to be worked with by the extremely talented artist Cee Lo Green who is famous for his song 'Forget You (F*** You)' and 'Crazy'. The show is currently still in production.
Must Be The Season
Tony Vincent Lyrics

The hill and when they reach the top
They go on marching down
To fields of blood and spoils of war and then
It's five a.m I don't know what
I'm doing up and on the floor
It's just so strange to see
The grace that's raining down on me
[Chorus:]
There's no rhyme
There's no reason
Must be the season
Of God's love
Through broken glass and hungry eyes
A father tells his children lies
He says he's coming back
But he knows he's not coming back again
I could have been that man if I
Had not surrendered to the call
The pull was strong enough
To bend my will and break my fall
(no more need to fall)
[Chorus:]
I don't pretend to know the reason
I've been chosen to receive
The mercy strength and peace
His dying on the cross for me released
Must be the season
Must be the season
Of God's love
In "Must Be The Season," Tony Vincent tackles big themes about life, death, war, and faith. In the first verse, he describes the senselessness of war, using the image of ten thousand soldiers marching up a hill and then down to their deaths. The contrast between the brutality of war and the peacefulness of the singer's present moment (waking up at 5 a.m. and feeling grace raining down on him) creates a sense of tension and paradox that runs throughout the song.
In the second verse, Vincent shifts to a more personal and intimate story about a father who tells his children lies about when he will return. This could be interpreted as a metaphor for God's promises of divine love and protection, which can be difficult to believe in when faced with the realities of life. Vincent acknowledges this struggle, singing, "I don't pretend to know the reason / I've been chosen to receive / The mercy strength and peace / His dying on the cross for me released."

It's still dark outside and I am unsure
I'm doing up and on the floor
As I awaken on the ground
