Roddy diesel could go back and try and fix Johnny's reveal and end up as the reason why it happened. We could get an anthology of various villans worldwide pulling heists or prison breaks. @@jameswatson5807 The reason why they're saying 90's is because Towa Tei joined Deee-lite in 1987. After that they debuted in 1990 with their first hit single, "Groove is in the Heart". So I'd say the argument holds up rather well because that's when Towa made his big break. He ended up going solo in 1994 to carve out his own style of music.

Stuck with this intro since the second episode. Finished the whole series in a day. I enjoyed it so much! This show has everything: A banger for opening, an incredible traduction ( at least to Spanish ) superhéroes, supervillains, heists, good lore, remarkable characters that are down to earth, adult comedy, good fights, cool animation, an awesome finale... it's just too good!!

This is one of the few shows where I don’t skip the opening after the first episode. Love the opening song and the show, need to explore more music by this artist. English voice acting was great too. Jupiter’s Legacy was kind of meh, but hopefully this series shows that Netflix is exploring the full potential of Millar’s universe, which apparently they purchased the rights to. Maybe we’ll see more animated series set in this world.

Anyone here discovering this artist from super crooks should check out Matmos, who have a similar sound in their earlier stuff. Another good place to start is "Pinwheel Herman" (song) by Mouse on Mars This style of beat is close to a genre called "Minimal techno" or "bliphop" and has a number of neat little known artists. You are contextualizing the vibe from a video that doesn't actually capture the essence of the show. Ellie Goulding's song may go better with the dancing but it doesn't go better with the show and that's what an opening it supposed to do.

Well, it's not really a direct adaptation either, cause they had to come up with original material with Millar to fill the 12 episodes. Original comics iirc will be adapted in the last 3 eps only.

Can't believe I missed the show when it debuted. I just finished watching it now and it is awesome. I hope we get a new season eventually. Has a very 2000's esque vibe.
