[1] A South Korean band, TRAX (originally The TRAX) formed in the summer of 2004 by S.M. Entertainment and formerly produced by X Japan's co-founder Yoshiki. The name "TRAX" refers to "recording tracks", but also stands for the first letter of each original member's stage name, Typhoon of the Rose Attack on X-Mas. Originally a nu metal and alternative rock band, they changed to a straight pop rock sound when drummer Rose left in 2006.
In 2000, S.M. Entertainment decided to produce a rock group, which took them four years to materialize. The TRAX members, Typhoon, Rose, and Attack first appeared in the "2002 Survival Audition HeeJun vs. KangTa Battle of the Century" along with former TVXQ member Xiah Junsu and Super Junior's Sungmin and Eunhyuk. They debuted with single "Paradox" in July 2004. In May 2006, the drummer Rose left the band to pursue other interests. The band continued as a trio until 2007, when bassist Attack quietly disappeared from the band. In 2010, as a duo, the band released 2 mini-albums: "가슴이 차가운 남자" and "오! 나의 여신님". On November 10, 2011 TRAX made a return with their 3rd mini-album,"Blind", their first release in over a year.

They combine the energetic energy and guitars of garage punk with the atmospherics and synths of the post punk and burgeoning goth scene, sounding like a mix of The Stranglers, The Skids, and Joy Division and with darkwave elements collide in a glorious lo-fi mess. The band did not release any other records, although they did write almost 40 different songs and may have recorded a few demo tapes before disbanding in 1980.
[5] A Danish group that participated in the Eurovision Song Contest in the mid 80's. The band consisted of John Hatting and Lise Haavik. They entered the contest 3 times. Trax’s song “Blind” tells a story about a love lost and the desperation, confusion and pain that follows. The first verse talks about being lost and wandering around, not knowing where to go. Despite feeling like a dark cloud is weighing him down, he knows that if he could only meet his love’s eyes again, he would find his way. The chorus repeats the plea “just once, please find me” from the perspective of a person lost in their love and grasping for any opportunity to reconnect. The second verse continues with the same message, mentioning the memories of winter and the pain of tears. The person knows that they are capable of finding their way home as long as their love is there to guide them.
The bridge seems to represent a breakthrough in the person’s journey, with a sudden clarity and resolution. They finally realize that they love their partner with all their heart and are willing to do anything to find them again. The final chorus returns to the familiar refrain, punctuated by a statement of absolute certainty: they will find each other again.
The song’s melancholy tune is perfectly matched with the lyrics, further highlighting the sadness and longing at the heart of the story.

If SM were to promote TRAX as much as they promote EXO or SNSD, then sure as hell they will be slaying charts. There is no doubt that if they were well promoted, they'd be as famous, if not more famous, than CNBLUE and FT Island.
@poormeowmeow
Honestly, TRAX was insanely popular back in the day. And Jungmo is recognised more than any guitarist out there in kpop.
@f0rever1
***** So what happened exactly?
@idkanything2660
2SeungGDaeYang They enlisted in 2012 and only came back in the end of 2014. They're preparing for a comeback after M&D (Jungmo and Heechul) promotions and performed in Immortal Song in February I think.
