He worked at Konami on many games including Metal Gear 2 before joining Squaresoft in 1995 and composed/arranged for several titles such as Brave Fencer Musashi, FFII(PS remake), Chrono Trigger(PS remake), FFVII: Advent Children, and FFIII(DS remake). Sekito currently plays electric guitar for The Black Mages. His recent work includes The Last Remnant (Xbox 360, PC) and collaboration with Yoko Shimomura and Takeharu Ishimoto on the soundtrack for Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (Sony PSP).

The Last Remnant EASILY had the best soundtrack of any game I've played. Almost every track was catchy, even the town songs (which I usually get tired of). All around though, the battle tracks are the best of the game and are what shine the most.

If only the 360 version was as good as the PC version. The high BR rise was just annoying and only being allowed 6 leaders was annoying as well but it did provide a challenge when picking soldiers. I have some hopes about a PS3 release because EPIC set up shop in Japan in order to spread the use of the Unreal Engine and The Last Remnant is still on square-enix's To Be Released list
