@@critfiend4736 hey dude, I've been there exactly. Fentanyl and Xanax both. I'm two years sober now. I overdosed twice on fentanyl. Should've died both times. Never thought I'd be where I am now. Don't give up bro, there's light at the end of the tunnel... I promise. Music that gives the feels like this got me through a lot. Especially when I wanted to give up and say fuck it n go get high. I genuinely think this album might be one of the greatest pieces of music we've had. The mixing and choice of sound design and effects is just immaculate. This album was made to be euphoric, and it exceeds that feeling. It's druglike. I just hope in my lifetime I'll be able to hear another record like this one, because it gave me nostalgia (and not just any nostalgia, the kind of nostalgia your happiest memories from your childhood give you.) for 2 whole months - August and September of 2023. Keep in mind this was 4-5 months ago from the time I'm posting this comment.
