Michael Johnson, known by his stage name Twisted Insane, is an American chopper rapper and songwriter from San Diego, California; previously affiliated with the Lincoln Park Bloods. He was signed to Liquid Assets Records until he founded the record label Brainsick Muzik in the late 2000s.
Johnson has released nine studio albums, as well as multiple mixtapes and countless singles in his time active, the first of these albums, was released while the rapper was homeless and travelling around the United States.
