One of my favorites. And while instrumental versions can be nice, let's give the nod to the original as Bergersen composed it. That remains the best work, and everyone would do well to receive a piece of art instead of incessant complaints about edits and different versions.

I always loved Two Steps from Hell music and I still do, and Im really interested on producing this kind of epic music but I don't know what is the best program to make such music with so many Orchestral instruments. Can you suggest me any program that would help me? I just started using FL Studio which I heard is really good but maybe I should have some other programs in mind too if I want only THIS kind of music? :)

Also it's possible that there was never a relationship and the person "who cannot be loved" just imagines from time to time ( Age to age I feel the call ) the possibility of a relationship ( Memory of future dreams ). But then gets scared off from this thought again and reminds her-/himself that he/she would never be able to heal, to love or to find solace and because of that would in return also never be able to give love in a way the person thinks it's appropriate ( I cannot deliver you your love Or caress your soul ). So the person gives up all hope and doesn't even dare to try ( Burn that page for me ).
The passage I cannot erase the time of sleep refers to the depression and that he/she can't change that life passed without feeling alive.

Well, I could do that for every line of the lyrics and maybe sometimes even will. - Explaining what I think the Lyrics mean in the right order, starting by the first text line.
It's just hard hard for me to put that in English words.

When I hear this song, I feel the incredible pain of someone who knows that they now have to hurt another person (or their own country and army), a person (or country, army) whose love (loyalty) they cannot reciprocate any longer, an entity with whom a happy relationship filled with memories has ended. It has ended, brought nights without sleep, and the awareness that no other choice is possible. This is not a story of someone finding something else, and leaving a former 'something' behind. This is someone leaving someone else without any replacement. It is a break from something into nothing. It is a hard hard pain when nothing is a better solution for us than staying in an environment that offers love. Not a song about the pain of those left behind, a song by those who are doing the leaving.
