Fat does change yes, but from looking at the before and after pictures, it hasn’t in this case. ‘baby fat’ is not a real thing, it’s an excuse for bad lifestyle choices.

Baby fat usually in actual scientific spaces refers to brown adipose tissue, a type of tissue developed in infancy that coalesce in areas such as the neck and upper chest, NOT the face. This tissue decreases slightly as you age but not at the relevant ages being discussed, and it isn’t in the face anyway.
