In September 2004, the track “Between” was released as part of the Cork Dog Records (London) “22” compilation.“22” Showcased unsigned bands from across the globe with Underground Fly as the sole representative from Central and Eastern Europe.

The band won huge acclaim at the Donc Festival in Switzerland last summer. They found themselves winning first prize at the festival and consequently interviewed. A return tour had been planned for August 2006; the guys have played some indoor concerts across Switzerland.

Poles are already familiar with Underground Fly; the band has had a lot of media coverage in their native Poland for the last year including press, radio play and TV appearances. The band topped the Radio “Afera” listeners chart for several months (40 weeks) as well as getting hundreds of daily hits on all the major Polish music portals.

A debut album: “Your Move, Your Choice” was released by Captive Recordings on 3rd July 2006. Captive Recordings are distributed worldwide by cdbaby.com and Super-D distribution. An album got and airplay in indie radio stations in Poland as well as in Holland, Germany, UK, Sweden and USA. The most influential Polish music magazine: “Teraz Rock” recognized the album as one of the most interesting debuts in Poland in 2006.

From January till March 2007 the band has played gigs in the most significant venues across Poland. FLY TOUR - POLAND 2007 gathered a lot of public and the band won recognition of the Polish National Radio where only the best Polish acts are promoted.

In May the band played open air gigs and supported Polish top acts. Also, in the summer the band took part in festivals in Denmark, Holland, Lithuania and Czech Republic.

From November 2007 till January 2008 Underground Fly were in studio and recorded their second album “Awakenings” - which will be released worldwide in June 2008.
