Underneath the Gun are a deathcore band from Corona, California that formed… Read Full Bio ↴Underneath the Gun are a deathcore band from Corona, California that formed in 2004 when the members were only 12 years old, although they didn't release anything until 2006 with their debut EP, You Prepare The Bodies, I'll Get The Ice on This City Is Burning records. The band would later release their first album, The Awakening months after their first EP. The band shared the road with bands lime Job For A Cowboy, Suicide Silence, August Burns Red, Killwhitneydead and Emmure.

In 2008, the band signed to Ferret Records, who would then re-release The Awakening as an EP. In 2009, they released their second album, Forfeit Misfortunes on Ferret Records, which garnered mixed reviews due to the and straying away from their original deathcore sound, as this album was more metalcore. The band was scheduled to tour with Impending Doom, Carnifex, Miss May I, Conducting the Grave, and Molotov Solution, but the band had to drop the tour, even going as far as disbanding, due to medical concerns regarding their vocalist, Harrison DeGrote.

As of 2023, however, the band have reformed and released their newest single after 14 years.
