Its the symbol for electrical load on a circuit. I haven’t seen it in like 30 years, but there you go. I wasn’t aware it was a proprietary thing, but it may be a Swiss/German standard not used elsewhere.

@Jeremy Streich You literally just said SEMANTICALLY what I said, with Programmer lingo instead of standardized Engineering terms used throughout mechanisms AND programs.... Major.Minor.Patch= Series.Version.Rev. and the same goes for parts, like for Automobiles, Firearms, and everything else. I should know... I worked for cyber-security, government, and armed forces contracts in various fields. It's Always The Same. For A Reason. Period.

@Hunter Vapes Your information about software versioning is incorrect. "Every engineer uses the same numbering scheme, because it just makes sense. Series . Version . Revision" is simply not true. Many programmers use Semantic Versioning, but certainly not all, and Semantic Versioning is Major.Minor.Patch, one Series.Version.Revision. Many pieces of software have other internal conversions, like in the Linux Kernel, the even Minor numbers are stable, and odd Minor numbers are not guaranteed to be stable versions (think beta releases). Meanwhile, programmers typically count from zero. Pre-1.0 releases are very common, with 0.8 or 0.9 being common versions for public launches. 1.0 is also often the public launch. Your willingness to talk with authority on SemVers when spouting nonsense draws doubt on your other claims. Also, Unicode launched in 1991 with 1.0 - which was the cough "OG" cough not 1.1 which didn't launch until three years later. Stop blowing smoke.

@Hunter Vapes Could you tell us where the source for this is so we can look it up?
