So we recorded a demo tape at a local and very cheap studio. We got our first gigs with this, mostly supporting Funeral Dress in our region. Dirk, their lead singer, fixed us a lot of gigs. A year later, we recorded the second demo tape and then we got more and more gigs all over Belgium. With this, we had our first festival with e.g. Public Toys,English Dogs and UK Subs. Later that year, a gig with Chaos UK and 999.
Then we went over to Studio 195 in Holland to record our first CD, named "OI!, loud, fast & proud!". It was well received and we had our first gigs in Holland (Baroug with Antidote and G.B.H.)and in Germany (Club Sudstadt with Volxsturm).
Back to Patrick in the studio to record "Feared By All" 'cause Fred of "Helen Of OI!" had heard our cd and wanted a new one to put out on his label. A few months later, he showed up at our pub to hand them over. Then back on the road, doing a gig with The Last Resort. Next was France. We played Rouen with Evil Conduct, Devil Skins and Bottlejob. Also, we did a small tour in England with The Jesters and Holy Racket in the suburbs of Sunderland.
Early this year, our drummer announced he wanted to quit playing with us. He already played in a psychobilly band called "The Mudmen" and he wanted to concentrate on that. Before he left, he agreed to record another album, "Our Way". It was released earlier this year. We haven't found a record label yet so we released it ourselves. Now the only thing we needed, was a new drummer. After a few try-outs, Charly who's the drummer with Frontline Assault was our man. He's doing a great job and we're glad to have him in the band.
That was our story so far.. For the future we hope to do a lot of gigs, record another album and drink... Cheers to all you fuckin' twats!!!!

You want from me, nothing's all I've got
A pack of cigarettes, a bottle of booze
Walking round the streets with nothing to lose
Cause I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissedCause I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed
Drunk and stoned
A gig in town and you got no cash
They take you out like a piece of trash
Forget the gig, forget the noise
Forget hanging out with the boys
Cause I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed
Cause I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed
Drunk and stoned
In this life when you got no dough
You're just a number in the horror show
You got no rights, you're not on the list
They think you just don't exist
Cause I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissedCause I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed, pissed, pissed
Say I'm pissed
Drunk and stoned
The lyrics of "Pissed" by Unite against Society portray a sense of frustration and disillusionment with society, particularly regarding financial struggles and feelings of being marginalized or overlooked. The singer expresses a sense of being constantly broke and feeling like they have nothing to offer, emphasizing this with lines like "Always broke and I don't see what / You want from me, nothing's all I've got." This sets the tone for a narrative of someone who is fed up with their circumstances and is lashing out in anger.
The repeated refrain of "Cause I'm pissed, pissed, pissed" serves as a declaration of the singer's emotional state - they are angry and resentful. The references to being drunk and stoned suggest a means of coping with their frustrations and a form of escapism from the harsh realities they are facing. It also reflects a sense of rebellion and disregard for societal norms or expectations.
The second verse delves into a scenario where the individual lacks the financial means to participate in social activities, like going to a concert. Instead of enjoying themselves, they are treated poorly and made to feel like they do not belong. This experience further fuels their anger and leads them to reject the idea of conforming to societal expectations and norms, as seen in lines like "Forget the gig, forget the noise / Forget hanging out with the boys."
The final verse delves deeper into themes of social inequality and feeling ignored or devalued. The singer portrays a sense of being dehumanized and reduced to a mere statistic in a system that does not care about their well-being. The repetition of being "pissed" serves as a defiant stance against this marginalization and a refusal to be silenced or overlooked. Overall, the song captures a sense of rebelliousness and defiance in the face of societal injustices and personal struggles.
