This is so deep and i resonate with this ALOT especially after reading Deena's story:
"This song was birthed out of fear and grew into an anthem of strength and conquering for me. I have a chronic illness that takes fear to the next level, and when I am over-stressed, anxiety and panic chase me down no matter how fast I run. So unique and creative! Love the idea of Deena fighting her shadow in the end. Reminds me of how in life we can get caught in fighting the battles in our mind that don't exist. We get caught up in what we think others are saying about us or what we think we can do to get others approval. However it's when we wake up and look around outside of our thoughts we can keep breathing and be free from those insecurities and struggles.
