1) Vacuum (SWE) is the name of a swedish song-writing/production duo consisting of Mattias Lindblom and Anders Wollbeck. They also work together as a pop-group under the same name. As songwriters they have written hits for artists such as Monrose, Garou, Tarja Turunen and Rachel Stevens to name a few. Anders and Mattias met in 1996 when the band Vacuum recorded their first album "The Plutonium Cathedral". In 04 Vacuum released the album "Your Whole Life Is Leading Up To This". It was followed by two singles "Six Billion Voices" in 06 and "Walk On The Sun" in 07. Due to high demand as song-writers, Vacuum the band is only active from time to time. The band still enjoys a huge fan-following.

History (unofficial version)
The group was formed in 1996 by Alexander Bard and Anders Wollbeck.
The history of the group can be divided into two distinct parts: before the departure of the group's leader Alexander Bard in 1999 and after his departure, since which the singer Mattias Lindblom has become the group's new leader. The first two full albums of 1997 and 1998 were characterized by classical music influences and socially-, politically- and even astronomically-themed lyrics, which are very unusual for synth pop music; the 2004 album "Your Whole Life Is Leading Up to This", written by Wollbeck/Lindblom, steered away from synth pop to trance/techno and personal lyrics dealing with love and the meaning of life.

My Melting Mood
Vacuum Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
So it took a little time
I saw God in everyone
But in the end
My thoughts kept rolling through my mind
And I feel
Cause I'm real
It's a steal
Somehow I love these tears run dry
Sometime soon you will change
I keep talking to myself
Making promises again
Saying to myself
That sometime soon
Things will change
Could have played in differently
Could have moved another way
But there's no point to looking back
Change the colours, religion
Listen to what I say
And I feel
Cause I'm real
It's a steal
Vacuum's song My Melting Mood is a contemplative song that revolves around personal growth and change. The lyrics suggest that nobody informed the singer of these ideas, and therefore, they took a little time to develop. As the song progresses, the singer acknowledges the divinity in everyone but admits that their thoughts keep rolling through their mind. The refrain "And I feel, cause I'm real, it's a steal" suggests that this self-realization is a valuable insight, and the singer feels grateful for it.
The second verse of the song reveals the singer's struggle with change. Although they love the idea of transforming themselves, they admit that tears sometimes run dry. They seem to be talking themselves through this process, making promises to themselves and asserting that things will change soon. These lines suggest that change requires patience, perseverance, and self-motivation.
The bridge suggests that the singer has experienced regret over their past choices. They could have played things differently or moved another way, but they acknowledge that there's no point in looking back. The imperative to change the colours and religion suggests that the singer is open to new experiences and perspectives. The final refrain suggests that the singer has accepted their reality and is grateful for their growth.
