2. Vanessa R. Williams - American gospel music singer.
1. Vanessa Lynn Williams (born 18 March 1963 - Tarrytown, New York, U.S.) is an American R&B/pop/theatrical singer and actress. In 1983, Williams made history when she became the first woman of known African descent to be crowned Miss America. Her regime as Miss America came to an early and abrupt end when she resigned her title under pressure when Penthouse published nude pictures of her that Hugh Heffner, publisher of Playboy, said he turned down because "they clearly weren't authorized" and that publication of surprise nude pictures without her consent "would be the source of considerable embarrassment to her."
However, she has since gone on to a successful entertainment career. Williams secured a record deal, and released her debut album, The Right Stuff. The first single, Dreamin', was a chart success, and the album reached gold status and earned her three Grammy Award nominations, including one for Best New Artist.
In addition to "Dreamin'", her most notable chart successes have included the songs Running Back To You, Love Is, The Sweetest Days, Colors of the Wind, The Comfort Zone, Just For Tonight, and Oh How The Years Go By. Her biggest hit to date is Save the Best For Last, which topped the Billboard Hot 100 for five weeks from March 21 to April 18, 1992. In total, Williams has sold six million records and received fifteen Grammy Award nominations.
In 2005, Williams released her eighth studio album, Everlasting Love, a collection of covers of her favorite 1970s songs.
Vanessa made her comeback in 2006 in the US hit series Ugly Betty in the role of Wilemina Slater. She also made a cameo appearance as a sports journalist in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, where she gave birth, the baby being delivered by Will Smith.
She's also been seen in a few episodes of Desperate Housewives Season 7; she then joined the cast and remained a series regular until the show ended in 2012.

When I don't know where you going
Or where you bin
I got a broken heart
Let me know you care for me
My heart will ment
Darlin' I can't wait forever
Or let me go
All I'm seein' is
You can't keep playin' with
A heart been love you so who know
[Chorus:]
Security
That's what we need to keep our love strong
Security
Don't make me wait to long
Security
And gotta let me know if this is what you want
Security
Don't keep me hanging on
I'm sure you know
If you take the time to think about it
You would realize hold it or not
Do long ago are used to care around that's lover
You're my only die
Wecy bell you waits your situation
That it check up your pryority
You got to get to it straights your vesitation
If what you want is me
[Chorus: x2]
Darlin' I can't wait forever
You got to let me know
Or let me go
All I'm seein' is
You can't keep playin' with
A heart been love you so uh ho
[Chorus: x2]

Are we gonna be together you got to let me know

Vanessa Williams's song Security is a soulful ballad about the need for security in love. The song speaks to someone who is unsure about their partner's feelings, intentions, and commitment. The lyrics express the singer's concerns about not knowing where their partner has been, and feeling like they have a broken heart because they don't know whether their partner cares for them or not. The singer asserts that they can't wait forever for their partner to make their intentions known, and they need some kind of assurance, some security, to keep their love strong.
Throughout the lyrics, the singer talks about the importance of letting each other know what they need and want in their relationship. The singer reminds their partner that they have been in love for a long time, and they have to make their priorities clear in order to keep their love alive. Finally, the song ends with the singer pleading for their partner to give them what they need.
