The term Various Artists is used in the record industry when numerous singers and musicians collaborate on a song or collection of songs. Most often on Last.fm, compilation album tracks appear under the name of Various Artists erroneously because the individual artist is not listed in the album's ID3 information.

Various Artists was also a short-lived Bristol punk band formed by brothers Jonjo and Robin Key (originally from Birmingham). Other members were also simultaneously in Art Objects who went on to become The Blue Aeroplanes, the latter the Key brothers also co-wrote some songs and were involved in. When Various Artists imploded, the Key brothers went on to form Either / Or.

i hate to compare, but there's a mark difference between tasia and jennifer. there's no doubt jhud can sang, but i think tasia does more than sanging, she's uninhibited, charismatic, she tugs your soul, she connects, she's not afraid to mingle with the crowd. there's something about her spirit that pulls one to her and her stage presence is beyond any other and with all that she's so humble. she's just the total package.

A great singer can perform well & get an applause but Fantasia is more than a singer or performer. She is oily and anointed. Her purpose is to lock up with the spirits in the seat & take them on a journey. She comes out of her body at times. I highly respect her as an artist and most of all she is a true worshipper
