If you're replying to the video description, he's saying it's not a distinctive arrangement - which it's not. It's absolutely standard. It's great, but it doesn't do anything new. That's why it's amazing that this B-side inspired the Chordette's groundbreaking version which was an utter transformation of the song that had a tremendous impact on popular music and culture.
