I too am going through this right now..
I went to hospital and told the doc, that my mind was racing.. and going to sleep was difficult and getting up from a sleep, always had me thinking ( please don't get dizzy ). He prescribed me some sort of sea sick pills, they didn't work.
Nowadays I move slow because I don't want the dizzy feeling again..
But I am feeling the jolts and vibrations within my body now..
I thought maybe it's a nerve in my neck..
( I still think it is ).
Also hate it when string winds move the house, I then have to situp and wrap a pillow around my face and sway side to side so my own movement will block the house movement..

I hate this feeling..
Even typing this comment, I feeling jolts and vibrations..

Should I go doctor again?

I'm glad I found you..

Hi. I have these exact symptoms after covid. Body is like a humming buzzing cellphone 24/7 past 2 yrs. Feels electricity, quivering. Also earthquake and like my insides on a bumpy road... I have spent so much of money to date

Miguel, when you said you felt bad for needing your grandmother's help and that you should be the one helping her, that hit me.

My father had RA and I helped him for years when I was a kid and to some degree when I was an adult if he couldn't manage something. He became severely disabled in his early 40s. I didn't even make it that far before permanent disability.

It's a bitter pill to swallow if you are hit with a disability at a young age and you can't do what you used to. But your grandma loves you and would probably do anything for you so don't feel bad that you needed her for a little while. You would return the favor in a heartbeat. Now you've recovered. I hope one day to say the same so I can regain some of the functioning I've lost.

@blakelondon10 What's interesting is after I recovered, within 2 months she got cancer and the roles reversed. I was driving her around and pushing her in a wheelchair to her chemo appointments, taking care of her, buying food and helping her do grocieres so it felt so good to give back and made our bond that much closer. She beat cancer, that 1 year we were together almost everyday was like something out of a book and it couldn't have been planned any better. Truly grateful for her and I make sure we keep in touch and I visit her at least every couple of weeks! She's super proud that all her hard work led to me getting better, and now she has indirectly helped hundreds of people all around the world :)

Sometimes i wish all of us with anxiety around the world could sit together, work together, talk to each other.

@cfsrecovery

Agree! That would be a powerful and supportive gathering! 🌍💪 In the meantime, remember that you're not alone, and there's a global community of people who understand and support one another in their anxiety journeys. 😊🤗
