Impressive lament of a woman in her last hours. The Lord railroaded her to the sanatorium, where she is being forgotten while she is dying, even the nurse isn't there to comfort her in her last moment.

@Kingzerooito

Does any one know the chords for this blues???Thanks!!!

@teeheedizzyblonde Of the women blues singers of the 1920s she's my favourite too. Great song. The women blues singers of the '20s sold more records than the men & were recorded first too. What did for them was the Great Depression, people didn't have money and the vaudeville circuit they played was killed off. After that they didn't re-appear in the blues till the '50s. BB King thinks it's cos if a young girl gospel singer was good she got directed into pop or jazz no the blues.
